How do I track my shipment?

Olam Specialty Coffee uses third party carriers to deliver your coffee  on your behalf.

Our shipping partner will send you an email confirmation when your delivery is booked. Your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking website will be included on that email. 

They will also send you an email notification on the day that your order is out for delivery.

If you cannot find these emails, please check your SPAM or JUNK email folders. If you do not find the email there, you can contact our customer service team at info-osceurope@olamnet.com

Note, tracking cannot be provided before your delivery has been entered into the carrier's tracking system.
