Ground Shipping
We can offer delivery to any EU address via our shipping partners Libertas. If you cannot see a delivery rate at checkout, please email us at info@covoya.com
Please note that all goods are customs cleared for the European Union with VAT already paid.
Warehouse Pickup
You can schedule a warehouse pickup and request a pickup date and details in the comments box. After your order is finalised, you will receive an email with a delivery order, the warehouse address and pickup instructions.
Please select the warehouse pickup option if you are arranging your own shipping, and let us know the name of the trucking company in the comments.
Things to Note
You will receive tracking and delivery details from the shipping provider as soon as they are available.
- The warehouse deadline for next day pickups/shipments is 10am CET.
- If you are purchasing for the first time, there may be a slight delay processing your first order as we add you to our system.
- Although we use third-party shipping companies to deliver your coffee, if you encounter any issues with your shipment you can email info@covoya.com for assistance.
